Weekly Challenges

The goal of these challenges is to do these poses everyday for a week. The purpose is to get to know the pose and feel it’s benefits. We will post a new challenge every Monday. 

Rider Fitness Yoga

These are shorter versions of our  strength and balance and fitness class for all riders or anyone who wants a gentle and fun workout. Our Yoga Rider Fitness classes uses exercises within yoga asanas to help you build strength, balance, flexibility and body awareness. This is a slow paced, mindful workout that will help you feel stronger and more aware of your body both in and out of the saddle. 

Target Specific Areas

These classes are Gentle Flow style short videos to help you stretch and detox specific areas of your body that you feel need a good stretch for stiffness or pain. You will be guided from one asana to the next while focusing on posture, balance and your breath. These are short beginner/novice style sequences that are great for anyone. 

Breath Work



Yoga Breathing is a safe and fast way to relieve stress, boost digestion, balance your energy, and improve sleep. No experience of any kind is needed. I take a very simple, science-based approach that is effective for everyone. This is an incredible, completely natural tool to help calm your riding fears and anxiety when at home, work or the show ring.

Mental and Emotional Boosters

These relaxing short classes are perfect for anyone who is stressed or anxious. Simple instructions are demonstrated in order to make the class just right for you and how you’re feeling today. You will practice yoga asanas at a slow pace while doing basic breath work exercises that you can use throughout your daily life to bring you back to center.
